Beijing Longquan Temple

Longquan Temple is located in the emerald of the model mouth of Shijingshan District, Beijing, 100 meters west of Fahai Temple. The construction period is unknown. Longquan Temple is a courtyard layout, consisting of the mountain gate hall, the main hall, the east and west halls and the wing rooms. There is a large platform in front of the main hall, and the ancient trees in the courtyard are towering. The name of Longquan Temple is named because there is spring water flowing from the stone wall to a well on the west side, and the well has dried up.

The famous monastery at the foot of Fenghuangling Mountain, a Han Chinese Buddhist monastery, two green cypresses in front of the mountain gate have a history of more than 600 years, and there are two ginkgos and two ancient cypresses in the temple, which are strong and tall. An ancient stone bridge in the temple is well preserved.

Longquan Temple was built in the early years of the Liao Dynasty, located in the northwest of Haidian District, Beijing, located at the foot of Fenghuangling Mountain, Fenghuangling Natural Scenic Area, which has a history of more than 1,000 years.

Longquan Temple is located at No. 27 Fenghuangling Road, Haidian District, Beijing. Located in the natural scenic spot of Fenghuangling Mountain in the northwest of Haidian District, the tiger lies at the eastern foot of Fenghuangling Mountains. It is a Buddhist Temple of Han Dynasty. It was built in the early years of Liaoying calendar. Longquan Temple used to sit in the eastern part of the Western Dynasty. In the late Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the Changping Prefecture took Jinlong Bridge as the central axis to rebuild the temple into a three-way courtyard sitting in the southern part of the Northern Dynasty. There were Xunha Hall, Tianwang Hall, Lao Ye Hall of Wei and tea shed. The site of the old monastery building sitting in the West and facing the East remains to this day. Two vigorous cypress trees have been standing in front of the mountain gate for more than 600 years. Two sturdy and tall ginkgo trees and two ancient cypress trees stand in the temple. They are also thousands of years old. Longquan Temple is sitting in the west to the East and entering the mountain gate. There is a well-preserved single-hole ancient stone bridge, 26.5 meters long and 4 meters wide. It is the oldest single-hole ancient stone bridge in Beijing. It was built by the first generation of monks who lived in Jisheng, known as Jinlong Bridge.

Beijing Longquan Temple is located in the Fenghuangling Scenic Area outside the sixth ring road in northwestern Beijing, which is more well-known because of the number of universities and even graduate graduates.
