PALAU DALMASES

It is generally called the old palace of Barcelona and is now a place to perform. We did not come to see the show, we came to see the handprints of Columbus, or a place worth visiting.

It is now a venue specializing in Flamingo performance and is said to be a palace in the 14th century. If you search on Google Maps, you can find " Palau Dalmases Flamenco ". I found it accidentally when I visited the Picasso Museum. That is to say, it was on a street with the Picasso Museum, just across the street from the Museum. Through the doorway, I could see the deep interior courtyard of the Middle Ages. It was a good place for Barcelona to enjoy Flamingo Dance. There are two regular performances at 19:30/21:30 every day, and an additional 18:00 performances on Friday/6/day. The ticket price is 25 (including a glass of wine). Last night, before leaving Barcelona, I enjoyed a performance by Flamingo, the main guitarist, a singer, a male dancer, a female dancer and a singer. The singer started to sing with all his strength, singing with the sad and desolate voice of the world. The dancers were vigorous, enthusiastic, wild, enchanting, kicking shoes, strong rhythm, expressive and even facial expressions. Excited, trembling, absolutely strong physical exhaustion, you can really see the sweat flying. If you come to Spain, you must see Flamingo.

The Palace of Dalmaxes, also known as the Old Palace of Barcelona, is located in the old city of Barcelona. Not so grand and magnificent as I imagined, and even a bit old. But here's Columbus's handprint.
