Part of the Eureka story
This area of Ballarat has strong ties to the Eureka Stockade events. Today it is home to a number to a number of eateries and specialty shops. Easy parking and a very pleasant area for a wander.
Very wide tree lined streets. Country feeling town with all the additions of a city.loads to see and do really need a week here. We were here 3 days and definitely not long enough

Nice enough.
Pretty to look at and walk around. Hilly. Plenty of places to stay and things to eat, but not really worth a special trip.
Quite laid back street
