This is the Anglican church, but New Zealand folk customs are open, and the church will hold same-sex weddings from time to time. In terms of architectural style, the city’s St. Matthew’s Church is neo-Gothic, not as complicated as the traditional Gothic, but simple and elegant. The stained glass windows of the church are brightly colored and the figures are vivid. If you go to open the sky tower, you might as well visit here.

"St Matthew-in-the-city" (St Matthew-in-the-city) was built in 1905 and has a history of more than 110 years. Its appearance is simple and rugged. The church is available for rent, so private weddings and banquets are often held here, but now it is empty.
It is very close to the Sky Tower. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk. The church is built along the slope. The gray-white exterior wall is very poetic. It is even more beautiful under the lights at night. There are a lot of pigeons outside.
The door was closed and I thought it was impossible to enter, but it turned out that the door was open and there was no one inside. The stained-glass windows of the church are very beautiful. You can pick up postcards and Chinese brochures at the door. When I came out, I saw someone preparing to go in and take wedding photos. Filming requires additional donation fees.
Located in the center of Auckland, New Zealand's largest city, visitors do not need to pay to enter. St. Matthew's Church is magnificent, with high domes, stained glass, full marble Gothic cathedral, and the rhythm of the charter.
