Even people outside the town.
Although it is a library in Yujin Town, even travelers from outside the town can enjoy the restoration statue of the mammoth in the building and the exhibition commentary. Fossils of mammoth teeth have been excavated in the town, which seems to be a reason. It is available for free, but there is no cafe.
