Our water source!
We get water here twice a week. This is kind of like an island in the middle of the street but you can park and hazzard if you're getting water here. The water is absolutely fresh and very safe to con...
5 minutes walk from Oiwake station. It is a junction between the Tokaido and Ise Kaido, and a stone monument and torii are erected on an island-shaped separation zone. This torii was relocated at the time of the shikinen sengu of Ise Jingu shrine, and the present torii of izai no Miya was moved in 2016. In addition, there was a clean water shop near the torii gate, and some people came to draw water with a large PET bottle. When I took it in my hand and drank it, it certainly had a mellow taste without any miscellaneous taste.
If you take National Highway No. 1 from the center of Yokka city to Suzuka, you will find the road at the intersection in the direction of Kameyama. There is no parking lot in particular, and there is a lot of traffic, so I never stopped slowly just by car. To visit, the nearby Oiwake Station (Yokkaichi Asunaro Railway Internal Line) is close, so it is recommended to visit on foot.
It seems that it is natural spring water, so some people come to take a tank to get water. However, it is not appropriate to park your car on the road because there is no parking lot.
The fork is also here, the place of worship at Jingu, and there is the torii gate of Ise-sama. It is a monumental place for those who walk on the Tokaido (more when they come from Tokyo). That said, it is a Y-shaped road along the national highway with a lot of traffic, so it cannot be taken slowly as a commemorative photo.

It's a key point of transportation, old and now.
