It is a Sanyo Expressway Yakake-juku established in the important traditional buildings preservation district. You can see the post town in about 7 ～ 8 minutes walk from Yakake Station on the Ihara Line. From the instruction manual, it seems that the post town was opened at the current position since the Edo period. It is still a cityscape that makes you feel the atmosphere of the Edo period.
