Wuhan East Lake Xingyin Pavilion is worth visiting. It is the main place of East Lake Tingtao Scenic Area. I recommend a most convenient time route for visiting the Provincial Museum at the same time: get to the entrance of Liyuan earlier. There is an exit of Metro Line 8 here. If you enter the coffee from the entrance of East Lake Liyuan, you will see the white arch of the coffee town a hundred or two hundred meters to the right. Go down the steps and pass through the coffee town along the sidewalk. Look at the sign and walk towards the Hubei Provincial Museum. Pass Changtian Tower, Xingyin Pavilion, etc. Along the way, there is a large lake on the left and a small lake on the right. There are lush green trees, seats, and lawns. If the whole journey is very leisurely, it will take two hours until you reach the main gate of Tingtao Scenic Area. It is not far from the main gate to the entrance of the Provincial Museum by bike or on foot. If you visit the museum first, it is also possible to go in the opposite direction, but the exit of the museum is a little far from the main gate of Tingtao Scenic Area and the entrance of Liyuan. It is especially suitable for tourists who are in a very leisurely mood.
Xingyin Pavilion is a good scenic spot in Wuhan East Lake and also suitable for taking pictures. The attic is not high and you can go up to the second floor to overlook the East Lake. However, the stairs are narrow and you need to be careful. The attic is covered with green glazed tiles, which looks very beautiful. There is a statue of Qu Yuan at the door, which is very solemn!

Xingyin Pavilion is the most famous scenic spot in Donghu Scenic Area. Xingyin Pavilion is located on a small peninsula. You have to cross a small bridge to see it. In front of it is a sculpture of Qu Yuan. I went there a few days ago. Xingyin Pavilion was under maintenance and closed. It was a pity. I will see it next time. There is a KFC next to Xingyin Pavilion. You can eat here if you are hungry.
It is the core attraction of Donghu Tingtao Scenic Area, located in the center and a landmark building. There is a statue of Qu Yuan in front of the pavilion. The pavilion is three stories high and you can go up and down along the narrow ladder. Be sure to pay attention to safety. Because of the tall trees around, even if you climb to the top floor, you can't see a very wide lake view. But this is the highest point in the surrounding area. Since it is free and open, it is certainly worth a look.
Xingyin Pavilion is a landmark building in the Tingtao Scenic Area of East Lake in Wuhan. After crossing the bridge, you can see a statue of Qu Yuan standing there. The pavilion behind it was not open in the past, but it is now open to the public. You may as well walk in this narrow aisle, climb the pavilion, and overlook the beautiful scenery of the entire East Lake. It will be a different experience.

The door below was still closed when I came last time, but this time I was very lucky that the door was open. You can climb up through the thin and narrow stairs inside to see the beautiful scenery of the East Lake from above.
