Lots of information about Tochigi
This museum is the place to go if you want to learn more about all aspects of Tochigi prefecture - nature, history and so on. The sad point? There is nothing available in English.
I took a fixed-route bus from Utsunomiya Station to Otani Museum and stopped by on my way home. In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the opening of the museum, a "exhibition without the title" was held that exhibited works such as past special exhibitions. It was good that the work was exhibited 々 ◯
You can learn about the history of Tochigi Prefecture.
Original Text
You can learn about the history of Tochigi Prefecture mainly from the Kofun period to the modern period. Before that, there are some dinosaur skeleton replicas, but it's about crowds. I was a person in Gunma Prefecture next door, but I learned a lot about the history of Tochigi Prefecture. Also, I like the exhibition where plants and animals change vertically from Nikko to Lake Chuzenji → Battlefield Gahara → Nikko Shiraneyama.
It is a museum in Central Park. Admission is cheap and the exhibits change regularly. I went there several times, but I think it's good to be able to see the exhibits slowly because it's not very crowded on days other than the free opening day.
The impression is that it is a museum with dinosaur models, minerals, insect specimens, etc. It's a pity that there is no main thing like this, but it seems that the children were enjoying it because the exhibition was sloped, there were quiz and coloring corners. Depending on the limited time, it seems that we are doing a color 々 event, so if you check it out, you can enjoy it more.
