　Shortly after entering the Doto Expressway from Honbetsu ＩＣ and heading toward Kushiro, there is a guide display of Kamiura Horo ＰＡ. In fact, it is the only ＰＡ between Kamiura Horo ＰＡ, Ikeda ＩＣ and Akan ＩＣ. There is a toilet near Shirakama ＩＣ which went east further, but don't forget that the toilet break when heading to Kushiro is only here! It is a small ＰＡ with only toilets and vending machines, but it is very valuable ＰＡ!

　The Doto Expressway that crosses Hokkaido has been opened to Akan ＩＣ at present. And there is no ＰＡ from this Kamiurahoro ＰＡ to the East. In other words, this Kamiurahoro ＰＡ is the easternmost ＰＡ in Japan. It is a small ＰＡ with only a toilet and vending machine.
