There are Confucius statues in the Tangdao Temple opposite Shimada. There are very few people in it. Occasionally, a few Japanese aunts come to see it. The main hall is shut over there.
The rich forests near the tea station are full of historical relics. There are Confucian sacrifices in the Tangdao Temple. Confucian culture was very important in Japan in the Edo era. It used to be the Confucius Temple and Confucius Institute. Now it is the Shinto Shrine. The roof of the building is made of copper. In the third year of Yuanlu, the outstanding model was built, that is, at the end of the seventeenth century.
Tongdao Sacred Temple, in Tokyo's Wenjie District, is actually a Tokyo version of the Confucian Temple. It is the birthplace of Japanese school education. As the highest education of the shogunate, it has trained many talents for Japan.
