The blue colour illumiation makes the entire area very luminous and romantic, and strolling around makes the mood very nice and comforting as well. Many tourists, foreign and local alike, flock to the street to take many nice pictures. Many tourists ran to the middle of the road to take the portrait snapshot when light turna red, but they are being monitored by traffic police to prevent accident. This is a must go place if you ever visit Tokyo during Christmas.
