Very beautiful outdoor view
The church is closed during weekdays (at least in July, when we stayed the city), so we could only appreciate the very beautiful outdoor view: old town and the mountains.

The best view of the city. Go up there and get the complete panoramic view of this unique town and have lots of beautiful photos.

The view across Tiradentes is beautiful. If you plan on hiking the Sierra Sao Jose you can stop on the way there (from centro). The chapel itself isn't that interesting.
