The Verzaska Dam is 220 metres high and is the largest dam in Europe. It not only has the function of storing water and generating electricity, but also is a place for extreme sports enthusiasts. The river valley near here is very spectacular. It is here that the 007 film Golden Eye opens. Take the post bus to the town near the valley.
