　The construction of Kurobe Damm, which was achieved by collecting the technology of the mid Showa period, was said to be a difficult construction of the century. 仮説？の建物内に

　映画にもなった世紀の難工事の末に誕生した黒部ダム。その建設工事では171名もの方が犠牲になられたそうです。その方々を弔う殉職者慰霊碑ですが、私たちが訪れた2022年5月には、仮設の建物のようなものに覆われていて、そのガラス越しになんとなく見える感じでした。

過酷な工事。

黒部ダム開発の際に出てしまった犠牲者の慰霊碑です。いまでも山の奥まで来たなあ〜！と感じる黒部ダム。いまよりずっとあれこれが不便だった一昔前は、その工事の苦労も相当なものであったことが察せられます。
