Green Timbers Urban Forest Park

Green Timbers Urban Forest, the ancient trees that were once towering in large areas were logged and rebuilt in 1929. There are forests, grasslands, lakes, wetlands, streams, and a variety of animals such as woodpeckers and squirrels. Now, all of this is concentrated in the corner of the park.

This is my back garden because it is only across the road from home, it is where I walk every day! Many birds, ducks, Canadian geese, and big birds that are not famous! Birds and flowers, lakes, very quiet and peaceful!

The park in the center of Suri is the earliest regenerated forest in the entire BC province. Wetlands, grasslands, lakes, marshes are available. There are many varieties of trees, and you can enjoy various colors of leaves in autumn.

Great place to get physical and hike. Relax or take a walk with the dog.
