    Very interesting cathedral.

We were impressed with the cathedral, its condition, history and the Romanesque crypt and relics. Lovely atmosphere and set at one end of the Villa Comunale. Much to see.

Learn about the first "refuser" -- Celstino V

Really interesting church -- don't miss downstairs to see the story of the first pope to abdicate, Celestine V. Ironic that the image of Benedict was painted over the "new" door outside the church.

    Panfilo

Many events are held in this lovely church, especially at Easter time. It is at the edge of the Park, which is a lovely place to sit and watch the Italian life go by.
