Nice, easier trail
Stunning trail. Most flat, although there were some inclines and a couple places that required careful footing. It is probably the best view of the water that does not require an intensive hike.
Spent the day on bass harbor. Minutes from the lighthouse, you will find this easy hike. Spent an hour+ cruising around and looking at the beautiful scenery.
Part of Acadia National Park, it is not far from Wonderland, another hike down to the ocean shore. Ship Harbor is more wooded. I have done both of these many dozens of times in my life as my family ...
