Avoid Garden Valley
Garden Valley used to be called the Augusta of Texas. It was amazing back in the day. I drove from Dallas to play only to discover it is now a nine hole course. And the pro shop didn't even mention it...

Stay away. The owner has closed down half the course to sell for houses. He still lists it as an 18 hole course. It’s 9, played twice. Don’t waste your time or money.

Folks very friendly The hot dogs in the bar are wonderful One negative would be the golf carts. They are noisy and not very reliable They need to change to electric golf carts
