Singapore Trip Review
4 Days 3 Nights Singapore Review 🇸🇬 A small city that makes your heart swell 💕
Hello~ 💕 For anyone looking for a cute trip that's easy to get around, safe, and suitable for all ages, I highly recommend heading straight to… Singapore, our neighboring country that’s close, clean, and unbelievably amazing! 🇸🇬✨
Today, I’ll share a super detailed story as if we’re holding hands traveling together. Let’s go! Get your umbrella, fan, camera, film, and cuteness energy ready, and let’s set off~ 🎒💗
⸻
✈️ DAY 1: The amazing airport & Hello Merlion, I’m here~ 🦁💦
As soon as the plane lands, we head straight to Changi Airport.
This place is the ultimate wow factor~ 🌟 It’s not just an ordinary airport, everyone. It’s a mall + garden + landmark + giant indoor waterfall! 🌈
Follow the signs to Jewel Changi and you’ll find the “Rain Vortex,” the world’s tallest indoor waterfall! Water flows down like a shimmering silver curtain,
contrasting with the green trees. Oh, it’s a refreshing feeling you can actually touch 🍃🍃
We took so many photos until our memory was full several times.
Then we took the MRT to our accommodation near Bugis, which is close to malls, easy to get around,
and full of food options! 👒🍜
On the first evening, we went straight to see the “little Merlion” at Merlion Park.
The little one is irresistibly cute~ Standing majestically in the bay, spouting water.
Taking photos with it at sunset, I must say the bluish-pinkish-purple sky
and the Marina Bay Sands view behind were so heartwarming 💕🌇
Before heading back, we didn’t forget to watch the Spectra Light Show.
The dancing fountains accompanied by beautiful music gave me goosebumps.
It felt like watching a Disney movie in the middle of a big city 🎵🌊✨
⸻
🍄 DAY 2: Strolling in a fairy tale garden & tasting famous chicken rice 🍚🐓
Today we woke up early and went to a magical garden called Gardens by the Bay.
Here you’ll find both the “Flower Dome” and “Cloud Forest” 🌼
In the Flower Dome, we walked through a giant flower garden with lavender, roses, tulips, and a dazzling array of bright colors. Everything smelled wonderful~ 🌷
Then we moved on to the Cloud Forest, which has a towering artificial waterfall inside the dome! Walking in felt like stepping into a prehistoric forest.
Mist floated around tall trees, creating a dreamy atmosphere 🌫️💚
📸 The highlight is Supertree Grove,
metal trees that light up with a sound and light show at night.
It’s beautiful during the day too, looking like a sci-fi movie set.
In the afternoon, we took the MRT to stroll around Chinatown.
There are plenty of souvenirs, food, Chinese temples, and street food!
🌟 For lunch, we tried “Tian Tian Chicken Rice” at Maxwell Food Centre.
The chicken was so tender~ The rice fragrant, the sauce amazing, and the portion just right for those who don’t eat much 🥰
Late afternoon, we visited the Tooth Relic Temple for a quiet blessing, then shopped for little trinkets on Pagoda Street. I even got a pastel-colored Merlion doll~ 🧸
⸻
🎡 DAY 3: Forget the world at Universal Studios & chill by the sea~ 🐳☀️
This morning, get ready for a day full of fun!
We went to Universal Studios Singapore (USS) on Sentosa Island 🏝
Stepping in, fun surrounds you with zones like Madagascar, Jurassic Park, Ancient Egypt, and Far Far Away from the Shrek movies~ 🎬
🎠 Must-try rides:
•Transformers 4D: So realistic I felt like a robot!
•The Revenge of the Mummy: A thrilling dark roller coaster
•Jurassic Park Rapids: A little wet, very refreshing!
For lunch, we had burgers in the Hollywood zone, served in a cute filmstrip box that I didn’t want to throw away~ 🍔🎬
In the evening, we walked out to relax at Palawan Beach on Sentosa Island. Golden sand, clear sea, and a rope bridge to a small island—so romantic ☀️⛱️
Before heading back, we stopped at VivoCity Mall for bubble tea + ice cream to cool down, then went back to rest and pack for tomorrow 😴💤
⸻
🎀 DAY 4: Shopping cute souvenirs at Bugis & goodbye Singapore~ 🎁
The last day, feeling a bit sad~ 😢
We packed, checked out, then went for a stroll at Bugis Street.
This place is a paradise for budget shoppers! Clothes, bags, hats, souvenirs, cups, keychains, and cute cartoon characters everywhere 🎒💖
🎁 Souvenirs I bought:
•Merlion fridge magnets
•Hello Kitty patterned snack boxes
•TWG tea bags in Rose & Passionfruit flavors
•Oversized shirt with “Singapuraaa~” print
Before leaving, we took the MRT to Jewel Changi again, had a simple lunch, sipped fruity tea, and sat by the glass watching the waterfall… My heart felt so full, it’s hard to explain ☁️🧃
⸻
🌷 Final thoughts: Singapore… is cuteness you can touch 🧸
•This country is safe and walkable
•People are friendly and speak English
•Delicious food, both local and international
•Easy travel with clean and punctual MRT
•A perfect blend of modernity and nature 🍃
This trip gave me a break from the chaos and returned me with a very happy heart 💗
And most importantly… it made me realize that “You don’t have to travel far to discover a new, lovely world.”
⸻
Thank you, Singapore, for making me smile without realizing it every day 🧁✨
See you again, small city with a big heart~ 💕

We were picked up by a professional driver at Sentosa Island and arrived at the island at 9:30 in the morning. There were not many tourists there, so we had a great time around the world all day. In the evening, we watched the Wings of Time show at the beach. We didn't feel tired at the end of the day and had a very fulfilling and happy time!
Value for money: All rides in Singapore require reservations, which we didn't realize before arriving, so we ended up having to buy an Optima Pass to ride on the day. Highlights: I've never tried this in China, but it was quite fun. There are four slides in total, and they aren't very long, so the ride ends quickly. However, buying three rides felt like more than enough. The kids had a blast. Summary: You have to wait in line at the scheduled time, so plan your time well before coming, otherwise it'll be too hot. Bringing a DJI neckband to shoot is also expensive for photos and videos.
Sentosa Island is very good, the theme park has more projects, Jurassic Park, Xiaohuangren, etc. On the island, the ecology is mainly good, there are many birds, and I have seen seagulls, peacocks and lizards. The accommodation is more expensive. The hotel does not provide breakfast. Others are OK.
I went to the island to play luge. I didn't expect it to be so popular in Singapore in the past two years. You have to make an appointment in advance to buy tickets, otherwise you can't get the time you want to play. Today, I walked from VivoCity to the island to take the train. It was really close and convenient. There was no need to spend money to take the MRT train from VivoCity. You can play on the beach at will. There are also free showers, which is very convenient. You can play on the island for a day.
If you have the opportunity to stay in a city for a few more days, living like a local instead of visiting tourist attractions, I think this is the best way to understand a city. There are a lot of tourists coming to Singapore. One of the attractions that every tour group must visit is the Merlion and other places. There are so many people here that it is difficult to take a perfect photo without anyone else around. In fact, urban things are almost the same no matter where you go. It is better to explore more nature, or at least places that are better integrated with nature, so that you can really relax your busy nerves. I think that although Singapore is also a highly developed modern city, its natural environment in the concrete jungle is also very well managed. It is known as the "Garden City". It is clean, tidy, comfortable and pleasant. The land area is not large, but the greening rate is very high. The flora and fauna fully reflect the characteristics of tropical islands. There are no famous scenic spots and mountains here, but the city has been carefully built into a large garden. With a good natural environment, various birds naturally live and reproduce here. The green trees, coconut breeze, sea rhythm, birdsong and flowers have made this place a bird kingdom. Singapore does have many things worth learning from
Gold beaches, world-renowned championship golf courses, Shengtao Bay's deep-water yacht terminal and luxury private residential areas are the main reasons why Sentosa attracts tens of millions of tourists every year. The island's most popular tourist attraction, Sentosa World of Resorts, is not only the first comprehensive entertainment city in Singapore's history, but also the first Universal Studio in Southeast Asia. Sentosa is not far from the commercial city. Visitors can choose to take Sentosa MRT, a pleasant cable car or cross-sea walkway to reach Sentosa. The journey takes only a few minutes. Sentosa Island also has a must-brush attraction, which is the southernmost tip of the Asian continent. In fact, a suspension bridge connects Palawan to another island. The MRT on Sentosa Island is free of charge. Only when you go to the island, you have to pay a fee. If you leave the island and the rest of the MRT are free, you can take it directly. At sunset, sitting quietly on the beach, holding each other's hand, watching the sunset slowly fall, well, good.
Sentosa Island is said to be a holiday resort that Singapore has spent a lot of money on, but I really think everything on the island is very expensive. A surprisingly spicy Thai dish at a much higher price suggests that the city of Yifeng outside the island be more affordable. Upper island can take cable car, MRT, of course, there is a hiking transport with a roof, but also to see the scenery is free, it is recommended. Cable cars and MRT all require tickets. But out-of-island MRT can get to Yifeng City free of charge, and intra-island MRT is also free of charge. There are many shops on the island. The candy seller is very interesting. Whether he buys it or not, it's worth visiting. Of course, it's a good choice for children to buy a souvenir. Tickets for scenic spots in the island are strongly recommended for booking online. It is more economical to change tickets to the island.
