The museum, through its vivid historical materials, tells me that from ancient times to the present, from the Straits Settlements to the independent Republic of Singapore, Singapore, under the leadership of Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, has created a miracle that belongs only to itself through the trials of time.
Very good. The exhibition content of the National Museum is quite novel and interesting. The most impressive thing is the holographic projection that shows Singapore's modern development and historical changes. I was also proud to see the display section introducing Mr. Tan Kah Kee, the founder of Xiamen University. The staff I met were also very enthusiastic and patient. I recommend it!
The museum and art gallery are a bit far apart. The exhibitions are beautifully arranged, and using a digital technology wristband, you can unlock different periods of Singapore's history and learn about its diverse culture. Tickets purchased online or through various apps must be redeemed on-site! The staff will give you a sticker to wear prominently on your clothing. It's important to allow plenty of time for the art gallery.
The Singapore Museum has a long history. The introduction of its staff can be traced back to 1887. The pavilions are mainly divided into two categories "Singapore History Museum and Singapore Living Museum. The history and development of Singapore are introduced in detail. It is worth recommending that "dancing brilliant wings" connect the original colonial building built in the 19th century with the modern building built in the early 21st century through eight crystal lamps. Another thing I like better is the "Forest Story" in the glass round building, which vividly and stereoscopically presents plane paintings to tourists through multimedia technology.
The exhibits in the museum are quite rich, and it is impossible to take pictures of them all. From historical and cultural relics to the entire development history, it is very complete and very helpful for understanding the history of Singapore! It is especially suitable for parent-child travel, and it is very beneficial to bring children to increase their knowledge! (There is a place in the museum where you can eat and rest, the price is reasonable, and you need to clean up after the meal)
The National Museum of Singapore is located in a century-old building. The British classical architectural style of the exterior makes me feel the unique culture. The museum is large, with indoor and outdoor exhibition areas. There are explanation signs for the signs and exhibits in each area. It is well-equipped and modernly decorated, so you can enjoy it comfortably.
You can take the Metro yellow line CC2 station, which is close to the Singapore Art Museum. You can have time to play together. There is a big food substitute not far from the other side for easy eating. Buying tickets in the morning can go out for lunch and come back to browse. There are luggage lockers on the second floor. One yuan new coin is prepared. When the day is not limited, the pull-rod box can also be put in. Free Chinese commentary is available at 2:30 p.m. The contents of the library are rich and worth seeing.
The museum's history hall and four life and culture halls are worth visiting. The History Museum provides electronic audio and video guides, which will introduce each exhibit in detail. The Cultural Life Museum has four themes: traditional cuisine, fashion trends, photography technology and film and drama. They present the life of Singapore people from all angles. On the second floor of the main building, Singapore tells the development process from entertainment, communication, education, clothing, farming and so on. The most interesting one is an open-air car cinema. Melberry climbs and runs in several cars. After coming out, there is a cinema-like place behind it, but there is a cave in the sky, a circular ramp, and the wall shows the dynamic scene of the night field. Like, all the way down is a history of Singapore's development. From birth to development, it was invaded by Japan in the middle and took off after World War II. In fact, I always think that Singapore's success is not only because it is located in the Malacca Strait, an important part of the Indian Ocean, but also because the government attaches great importance to education. Many mainland children have traveled to Singapore to go to school in the ocean. They also value high-quality education and good public order here.
