The Humble Scoop in Katong - hidden gem!
The Humble Scoop in Katong is a hidden gem. First off, the ice cream here is top-notch. Creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor, each scoop is a delight for the taste buds. I particularly enjoyed the salted caramel flavor, which had just the right balance of sweet and salty. The Earl Grey tea flavor was also a standout, with its fragrant aroma and subtle tea flavor.
But it's not just the ice cream that shines at The Humble Scoop. The waffles are also a must-try, with their crisp exterior and fluffy interior. They make for the perfect pairing with the ice cream, creating a delectable dessert that's hard to resist.
The ambiance of the place is also worth mentioning, with its cozy and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
Overall, I highly recommend The Humble Scoop in Katong for anyone looking for a sweet treat that's sure to satisfy. From the creamy ice cream to the crispy waffles, everything is made with care and attention to detail. It's no wonder that this place has quickly become a favorite among locals and tourists alike.#foodie #singapore

This is an old town on the east side of Singapore. Many of the houses here were built many years ago by the Chinese Strait. They are now renovated and have more features because of the colored appearance. Also, the area is famous for its local food. There are lots of shops selling interesting traditional foods, especially Laxa and non-Asian chicken dumplings. During our weeklong trip to Singapore, we stayed at the Cartoon Holiday Inn and had the opportunity to visit the Cartoon District. It is well connected to other areas of Singapore via the SMRT subway. There are many restaurants and bars in this area. This list includes 328 famous places like Katong Laksa and Chin mee Chin( famous for traditional Singapore breakfast). Shopping also has a good choice. The building here is a fun blend of new and old. There is a beach coastline within walking distance of the area.
