About 3-4 hours before heading to the gate
🖤 Cautions
- Late at night, if you choose a hotel in the Geylang area like us,
be extra careful. Not recommended for women traveling alone to stay here.
- Singapore’s weather is like our southern region, both hot and very hot 🤣
Bring a portable fan, it’s very helpful
- Bottled water is pricey
But even if you bring a bottle, you can refill with tap water for free
Hotels usually provide free tap water, but we’re not comfortable with that
Public refill spots are also hard to find
So be prepared to buy bottled water

Anderson Bridge is also a small but exquisite bridge. It is also very old, but it is maintained very cleanly. It is a combination of arch structure and truss structure. It is very conspicuous and nowadays there are many people and vehicles.
Anderson Bridge is a bit like the Shanghai Waibaidu Bridge. It is a steel bridge that has been around for over a hundred years. The bridge is very beautiful. Surrounded by famous buildings in Singapore, the scenery is also quite good.
The Anderson River, which has a history of more than 100 years, is very special. It attracts many people to come here to check in. There are many well-known landmark buildings in Singapore around it, and the Anderson Bridge itself is also a landmark.
Anderson Bridge has become a tourist attraction. For some, it has architectural and historic significance, providing access to the other side of the Singapore River, which lies below it, near the Fullerton Hotel. Founded in 1910 and named after Sir John Anderson, he was governor of the Strait Colony.
There are several such iron bridges built on the Singapore River. The bridges are white and made of pure steel. Together with the British-style hotel buildings on both sides, they create a British style. Cruise ships pass by under the bridges from time to time.
Anderson Bridge is located at the mouth of Singapore River and was completed and opened on March 12, 1910. This magnificent iron bridge has ornately decorated arched iron gates at both ends, which clearly indicate the beginning and end of the bridge journey. It is the most beautiful bridge on the Singapore River and its elegant figure can be photographed from different angles.
The steel-shaped bridge is very magnificent and has a long history. It is still in use and has very busy traffic. It has a special area for pedestrians. It is also an F1 racing track. Many tour groups will bring people here to visit. You can take a cruise to see the scenery. The lights are beautiful at night and the surrounding areas are also brightly lit. It is a good attraction.
Anderson Bridge is a bridge in the center of Singapore. It is a world-famous bridge that crosses the Singapore River. You must walk across this bridge before you walk on it. Anderson Bridge is a bridge that perfectly combines steel and limestone. Whether in the morning light or in the sunset glow, the white arched iron frame always stretches out its elegant figure, making people sigh at its beauty. On the way to and from the National Gallery and Merlion Park, you will pass this bridge. It has a beautiful style and a wide city view around it. There are different views during the day and night. There are also many restaurants and bars by the river, which is more lively at night.
