Many people don't believe there are penguins in South Africa, but there is a Penguin Island in Cape Town. It is said that many years ago, several penguins floated here from Antarctica through great dangers from the ocean. South Africans loved animals very much and raised them. They also gradually adapted to the tropical climate and settled down here. The penguins here are smaller than those in Antarctica, and they look cute and funny on the white beach. At present, it has become a tourist attraction. Perennial tourists keep on watching and shooting at close range. South African Penguin nickname: Spotted donkey Penguin (because it calls like a donkey's voice) habitat: Spotted ring penguins are found in South Africa and Namibia coastal waters and nearby islands, and occasionally wander to northern Angola and Mozambique during non-breeding periods. Reason: African penguins are the only penguins that have lived there for a long time. Mainly living in the ocean, the breeding season comes to the coast or island. Because the climate of the habitat is colder, many organisms can not live there normally.
