Easy parking near the dam bridge. Small beach there looked very relaxing, but we intended to do the circular walk around the Barragem, although in retrospect, wasn't the best idea in 30° temperatures....
We have a home 5 minutes away from this barragem and we often go there to cool off when the temperature rises. You do see people in the water or on canoes although we have yet to try either.

Dam visit <(")
Good walk around reservoir ,in overcast weather. Met goatsman on way back to car with his large herd .Plenty of free parking and peace and quiet . .
