SEWARD HIGHWAY - is a coastal landscape road, connecting Anchorage and Westward, a length of 127 miles, zigzagging through the Alaska wilderness, is rated as one of the most beautiful roads in the world. In late summer and early autumn, the tundra autumn color is thicker, like watercolor paint. We took the car from 11am to 7pm and walked back and forth on the road, then headed straight to Vahira, north of Anchorage.
