It is a park near the driver's license test center, adjacent to Shimotein-dori and Hoshioki Skating Rink. It is a large park with a large parking lot and a tennis court.
I visited while stopping by Hoshioki Ryokuchi, but it was a park for citizens who were not for sightseeing, but its size is a little surprising to people in Honshu. It's nice, isn't it? Hokkaido.
