    Majestic tower

    I saw this tower while I was heading to Hokkaido Historical Village. It looks very majestic and reminded of the tower in Lord of the Rings. The surrounding park was very serene.

    This is a tower built in 1970 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Hokkaido's development in Atsubetsu-ku, Sapporo. Is it maintained due to aging? Is it dismantled? As a result of the consideration, it seems that the dismantling was decided, and there was a big crane. The hard times may have ended.
