Santai Du Fu Thatched Cottage

Du Fu's wandering footprints are half full of China, but in commemorating his grass hall, Sichuan has three important buildings, located in Chengdu, Santai and Fengjie (now Chongqing), three grass halls, recording Du Fu's late life. In Santai, Du Fu spent another difficult life under his hedge. Although Zhangzhou has many places of interest and beautiful mountains to travel, the poets feel the deepest of the world's sores and folk suffering. "Five years in Kexu County, one year in Zhangzhou", Du Fu lived in Zhangzhou for a year and eight months, leaving nearly 150 poems, including "Wenguanjun Harvest Henan Hebei", which was called the first fast poem of Du Fu's life in the future. The history of turmoil and exile more than a thousand years ago was unfortunate for Du Fu, but fortunate for Zhangzhou, after all, there lived a poet worth our eternal memory, and now the prosperity, let us pursue the ancient and cherish the present, all the good.

Du Fu, who abandoned the official to enter the war, went into exile from Chengdu to the grass hall on the Niutou Mountain in Zhangzhou, and spent another difficult life under his hedge. It can be described as "the world is chaotic and depressed for a long time, and the road is difficult to be near people"...Located in the city, a small mountain that is not too high, there are several entrances, and there is Zhangzhou Pavilion next to it. The grass hall is not big. The two churches that commemorate Du Fu have not seen the grass house like Chengdu. You can come to see it in the three stations.

This is the place to commemorate Du Fu, a "Poetry Sheng" who lived in Zhangzhou (now Santai County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province) for more than a year.
