Stroganov Palace

On the Avenue of Vane, passing here every day, just around the corner by the river, very easy to find. This palace of the Duke of Straganov is a Bagwak style building and very beautiful.

The Palace of Straganov is the palace of the Count of Straganov, located on the corner of Neva Avenue and the Moyka River, representing the Russian Baroque architecture, and the interior is gorgeously decorated. The entrance to the visit is located on Nevsky Avenue, now a branch of the Russian Art Museum, and is currently open to display large ballrooms and rooms next door, Russian ceramics, oil paintings, etc.

The palace is located on Neva Avenue, not too far from the East Palace, which was built by an earl at the time. It is now part of the Russian art gallery and the decoration inside is very luxurious. However, there are not many tourists.

Also near the Winter Palace, the oil paintings inside are fine works most of them are works on religious stories, there are also many celebrity portraits and historical pictures and of course they are more appreciated by religious subjects, after all, myths and fraternity are rich in color!

In 1988, the Straganov Palace was included in the museum complex of the Russian National Museum, where research and restoration work has been carried out since.
