I live on a side road a couple miles from Erie Canal Village. And this year an older couple made reservations at a local hotel to see the village. Well Erie Canal Village has been closed for years....

This use to be a wonderful family friendly attraction. It was very interactive and hands on for all ages. It was a beautiful living history museum but it is no longer open and in disrepair. So sad.
