So glad this was free as I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Mostly unimpressive sculptures in my view and mediocre paintings. Plus all descriptions and placards are only in French.
The artist is a bit obscure to non-locals, but his stuff is interesting and the staff are very eager to explain things (such as the weird yellow dogs on the façade - just ask).
I enjoyed the sculptures by local artist Denys Puech exhibited on the first floor, as well as his collection of paintings, which included some by his wife. However, I wasn't as keen on the modern art ...

Nice building
In March, there was not a lot to see. A collection of busts, statues in plaster or marble and paintings on the ground floor. Impressive staircase.
