Tranquility in the City

Beautiful fountain park near PSU on the south end of downtown. The sound of water is so tranquil, and the steps of the park make for a fun area to let kids play.

Quiet oasis in the winter, summer time explosion

This is one of my favorite inner city sanctuaries (although it can get busy in summer). nice green space in kind of a hollowed out area. Peaceful fountain and a great place for a summer time lunch.
