It is located a little bit from the old No. 57, and the large water wheel with a diameter of 5m is easy to understand with a landmark. It is said that it was a shrine that was solicited during the Muromachi period, but it has been relocated due to road improvements, and you can't feel the atmosphere of sacred trees and buildings. However, I think the "Tsubo no Ema (currently exhibited at the Otsu Town History and Culture Tradition Hall)" dedicated as a water god is wonderful.
The shrine is new, but it looks like a historic shrine.

I came by car. The parking lot was behind the company. It's a small shrine, but when you read the origin, it looks like a shrine dating back to the Edo period. The company seems to be new because it moved twice or burned down by a fire since it became Heisei.
It is a historic shrine, and the stone votive tablet of the cherry blossoms is dedicated as a rare water god in Japan, and is now seen at the Otsu Town History and Culture Tradition Hall. The hall of worship is new, but the main hall was a historic building. I will also upload an image of Namazu's votive tablet.
It was located just a short walk from JR Higo Otsu Station. Facing a new road, the precincts seemed to have been newly maintained. Although only the torii has a sense of history, the hall of worship seemed to have been newly built.
