I passed Neyagawa Bridge on the way from Tenmabashi Station to the modern building "Former Osaka Artillery Arsenal Chemical Analysis Center" that remains at the northern end of Osaka Castle. It was a district surrounded by rivers, moats, roads and Keihan Electric Railway railroad tracks, and it was more like a road along the river than a bridge.
