When I was walking nearby, I found a historic site of Chikamatsu Monzaemon in front of a large condominium. There was a grave nearby, so I visited. After the death of Osaka City, this tomb castle was renovated in 1955, the 257th anniversary of the death. It was well managed.

It is the tomb of Chikamatsu Monzaemon, which is famous for doll joruri such as "Sonezaki Shinchu". It is located on the north side of the Eneos gas station, south of the Tanimachi 7-chome intersection of Tanimachisuji. I was surprised that it wasn't in the temple, and there was a sign on the road saying "Chikamatsu Monzaemon Tomb".
