based on 311 reviewsThe best place to see the Osaka night view is the Tennoji Kintetsu Department Store Kaikaku Tenka Main Store. Enter from the underground level of Tennoji Kintetsu Station, follow the signs and take the elevator to the 16th floor ticket counter. Children over 3 years old need tickets; we bought a separate child ticket for 500 yen. The night view is decent, but not as good as the Oriental Pearl Tower in China, as it's only 60 stories high. However, the prices are really reasonable. After the view, we went to the 58th floor and ordered drinks and ice cream for only about 60 RMB.
The iconic building, which combines three squares, is the distinctive appearance of Abeno Harukas, and at the same time represents a "vertical city" where various facilities such as department stores, hotels, offices, art museums, and observation decks coexist. The design is not only symbolic of the distinctive features of Abeno Harukas, but also familiar to many people. The colors are "akane-iro" (red madder) and "sumi-iro" (black ink), which have been used since ancient times in Japan. Akane is a plant that is used to make red dye, and in waka poetry it is also used as a pillow word for "sun" (sun) and "shine". It is a warm color that is fitting for Abeno Harukas, which is "the first to shine in the morning sun and the longest to be dyed in the evening sun" in Osaka.

Abeno Harukas, a 300m-tall skyscraper complex, is directly connected to Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station and JR and Osaka Metro Tennoji Station.
There are a variety of shops, including one of Japan's largest department stores, an observation deck, an art museum, and a hotel, so you can enjoy yourself all day long.
There is also a wide selection of delicious gourmet food, including lunches and sweets that can be enjoyed along with Osaka's most spectacular views.

The night view is amazing! It's a pity that I didn't go earlier so I could see the sunset. There are meals on the 58th floor. If you are lucky enough to grab a window seat, you can eat while watching the night view. It's not hot in the open air at night and it's quite comfortable. I ordered a children's meal, which is very cost-effective. It happened to be the Gundam exhibition, so happy!
The observation deck is worth visiting. There is a shopping mall downstairs. I got a coupon for foreigners with a 5% discount. If you spend more than 5,500, you can go to the 3rd floor for tax-free shopping. You can go shopping for a whole day. It is a very good shopping mall. Children in the observation deck are half price. It is recommended that children buy tickets on site for cheaper prices. The 16th floor and below are free. After buying or exchanging tickets on the 16th floor, take the elevator to the 60th floor observation deck. When you look up from the elevator, you can see star-like lights. You can take videos. It feels like traveling through time. It is a very good experience.
Overlooking the whole of Osaka, if the weather is good, you can also see the mountains in the distance. If you go there at around 4pm, you can see two different views during the day and at night. There are also outdoor cafes and restaurants on the next floor where you can sit.
Because the Marriott Hotel is in this building, the hotel has prepared free tickets for us. It's said that there were so many people that they didn't go until 8:30 p.m. Tourists are very orderly, so the speed of traffic is very fast. In the evening, it is very romantic to enjoy the laser show and overlook the night scene of Osaka at the sightseeing station. It is worth visiting.
It is worth the experience. I climbed Abeno in the evening and saw the scenery at dawn, dusk and night. However, if you just look at the panoramic view, there is nothing special. But later, the dreamy short video played through the transparent glass window against the lights of the streets and alleys showed the romance of this city 🌆 to the extreme. The grand fireworks seemed to bloom over the entire city. At that moment, I felt that Abeno had done what Disney could do, right? Hahahaha, it is recommended to go to the scene to see the whole thing, don't just take a photo and punch in and leave! Tips: I also had a meal and ice cream on the 59th floor 🍦, which was a very good experience.
Admission to Marriott's viewing platform ticket, 60 to 300 meters high, is the third tallest building in Japan, the first is the Tokyo Clear Sky Tower, the second is the Tokyo Tower, so Harukas is the tallest building in Japan. From the 16th floor of the building, take the elevator to the top floor. There are gourmet meals and stimulating project experience. If you want to see the view, you should go at night. The night view is very beautiful.
A visit to Abeno Harukas 300, Japan’s tallest skyscraper, offers breathtaking views of Osaka and beyond from its 300-meter-high observation deck. Standing on the glass-panel floor with the city sprawling beneath me was exhilarating—a perfect mix of thrill and tranquility. The sunset hues reflecting off the cityscape are unforgettable, and the night views are equally magical.Practical tip: The building is easily accessible via Tennoji Station.
