Alta Lake State Park

Alta Lake State Park located in the canyon carved out by the glacier, the surrounding scenery is also high-mountain coniferous forests and deserts, rich and varied, although the park suffered a forest fire in 2014, but now presents a vibrant scenery, 2 miles long trails take you around the lake.

The central camping area of Lake Alta National Park is good, with golf and horse riding campsites, and there is a fee if camping uses the toilet and shower.
