The Cimiez Archaeological Site and Museum in Nice is the remains of an ancient Roman building complex. After thousands of years, it was severely damaged, but after decades of archaeological discoveries and restorations, some of the buildings have been restored. The museum also houses many precious Roman artifacts, which are well worth a visit.
