The Cote d'Azur Observatory is also a very nice place to visit. This observatory has some small things and contents, and it is quite good to appreciate the distant scenery. Many of the designs of this observatory are very important.
The Blue Coast (Cote D Azur) is the most famous coast in France. Since the eighteenth century, it has become the most fashionable resort for royalty, nobility and rich celebrities. The blue coast is best known for Nice, Cannes and Monaco. In fact, it is only half an hour's drive from Nice to Monaco and about an hour from Cannes. There are many beautiful small towns in the surrounding blue coastal area that are worth seeing. Eze [1] is a medieval town about 20 kilometers north of Nice, which is the only way to Monaco. Standing at the top of more than 600 meters, you can have a bird's eye view of most of the blue coast. The scenery is very attractive and spectacular.
The historic Nice Observatory is situated on the top of a hill northeast of Nice. It's 370 meters above sea level. Founded in 1878. Gustav Eiffel participated in the design and construction process. The white dome stands out from a distance. It was an important astronomical observation base in France and even in Europe. Many astronomers have observed and deduced the laws of the universe.
Our reservation is also good. The sunset is beautiful. The day I went was foggy and the distance I could see was limited, but overall it was OK.
