It is an observatory where you can see the Nasu Kogen. The parking lot is easy to park and is the best tourist spot on the way to the ropeway.

I stopped by on the way to the teahouse on the pass to take a picture of the sunrise. The sunrise is perfect! Mt. Nasu and Mt. Asahi looked beautiful in the distance! I was able to take pretty good pictures.
