Shaded paved multi use trail.

Clean shaded well maintained paved bike / walk trail beside the river. Not busy but just enough people on a Saturday to be pleasant

Lush and beautiful

A little off the beaten path but a nice reprieve from downtown Nashville. It is very lush and pretty wide open with a clear walking path with views of the river.

Lovely natural escape not far from downtown Nashville

Beautiful surroundings, right on the river and under the pretty foliage. Paths are easily marked and well maintained. Great for running, walking, or biking.

Very pretty paths

A very nice wooded park with well marked, paved trails and a pedestrian bridge over the river. Definitely a place for a nice walk or run.
