i was attracted to the word soba dojo

    Original Text

When I was looking for a toilet, I saw a sign called "Soba-uchi Dojo" and it was noon, so I stopped by. It was impressive that the thickness of the noodles was different, and the hardness that boiled was also machimachi, probably because the student hit the soba. It was a good impression that the shop was able to pay for the meal by credit card.

It is an experience-based museum where you can widely know Togakushi soba and the culture of the world. There is also a soba noodle dojo where you can eat your own soba.

Momokuri 3 years persimmon 8 years soba noodle life

    Original Text

I participated in the soba making class in the morning and succeeded in making Migotoshimen. U ~ Mundam! No, I'm sorry ~ The soba cut is deep! There is a vegetable direct sales office next door and there is a mountain laugh diagonally in front of it. Do you mind if your family refrain from taking the long slide?

    a big soba restaurant.

    Original Text

It is a large soba restaurant in Iizuna Kogen. You can experience making soba here. The staff carefully taught me and kneaded soba flour. I was able to cut it even further. It is a valuable experience. After that, of course, I tasted the soba I made. It felt particularly delicious.

    soba making experience

    Original Text

I stopped by to experience making soba, but since the start is on time every hour, in some cases I have to wait for nearly an hour. I didn't have the time, so I only had a meal. There are domestic 28 soba and limited 28 soba of Togakushi soba flour, so I tried both. After all Togakushi soba was delicious. In addition to meals and soba dojo, there is a museum and a long slide, so it is a shop that can be enjoyed by the family.
