Building opposite Lokanat Gallery Building. The letters of Rander House remain on the wall of the building between the ４ floor and ５ floor. I searched for color 々, but I didn't know what building it was. It's not a department store, so I finally found the word "National Tax Revenue Bureau". It seems to be a government office that handles domestic national taxes excluding tariffs.
