Amazing scenery
Such beauty. Very little traffic on the roads. Many interesting historic sites abound. So much to see Wildlife and birds too. All good
Twice Brewed, Hexham; Hadrian’s Wall…
We stayed at the ‘Twice Brewed’ ; took the Stargazing, Slumber and Supper package which was just great. The Planetarium is part of the package and a definite winner in my book!

Just go there. If you live Liverpool way, leave M6 at Penrith and travel and get your kicks on Route A686, A great road, but it took longer because of the many breaks to photo-shoot.
Travell in a group
It is highly recommend that one gets here as a part of a group, not individually. This place is creepy.
Tremendous expanse of nature with wonderful walks
This is such a beautiful, wild and extensive area of the British Isles. One can walk for miles and enjoy breathtaking scenery and spectacular views by day and enjoy star-filled clear skies by night. T...
