Walking in the historic center

A nice tour on the streets of the historic center of Moliterno brought us to the castle which unfortunately cannot be visited inside for work but it is worth getting there.
Norman origin, transformed into a palace at the end of the 16th century. I don't know if it is visitable, but it's worth getting there, even for a photo. Notable the eye shot that gives it seeing from the bottom ...
The Merlata Tower is the oldest part of the Castle, built by Longobardi to see the Saracenes behind Mount Raparo;the successive enlargements of Normans and Angioins.
