Nice camping
We stayed there 3 nights in car. Daytime there is a restaurant and other facilities for shopping. Many people were sleeping in their cars, vans and tents. Area is spacious and silent. There is room fo...
Michi no EKI Miyako has also been called "Minato Oasis Miyako" and "Seat Pier Nado".

After walking on Jodogahama, I stopped by Miyako Road Station at Miyako Port, about 1km south of Jodogahama. Michi-no-Eki Miyako is also known as "Minato Oasis Miyako" and "Seat Pier Naado". This word "naado" means "how about it?" and "how about it?" in the Miyako area. In addition to Sanriku's seafood and processed products, various southern rice crackers were lined up in the hall. There was also a restaurant.
You can enjoy the taste of Miyako City. You can also feel the horror of the tsunami.

[Points to be highly evaluated] There are also restaurants and souvenir corners. It plays a sufficient role as a roadside station. You can compare the height of the tsunami during the Great East Japan Earthquake and Miyako Road Station before and after the tsunami with photos. [Points to be evaluated low] None
Located on the beach near the fish market of the fish cooperative away from Miyako city, there is a large parking lot. It was a concrete and dull building with a souvenir shop, a restaurant, and a direct production market. As for souvenirs, there were many sweets using salt such as salt cider, salt caramel, and salt carinto, and although the restaurant was before business hours, seafood such as "seafood chirashi" seemed delicious.

and it was quiet.
It was a little quiet and not lively. I hope it's a little more lively. The person who guided the reception seemed to be unmotivated.
