In the middle of construction
Original Text
I went there before and after the earthquake. Before the earthquake, it was a good place to take a walk along the coast with pine trees, but after the earthquake, there were piles of earth and earthworks for earthwork preparation everywhere, so I thought, "Where is this place ??" There was no other way. So far, I didn't know that it might be a prevention of the earthquake disaster, and I thought that I was just artificially creating special demand for reconstruction. Even after more than 3 years, the length and difficulty of the road can be felt on the skin.
No matter how much the earth is heaped and raised, access to the town is inconvenient because there is no railway. A solid infrastructure is important to attract new investment. I want you to proceed with reconstruction from a long-term perspective.
a place to look at the reality that happened in this town.

Minamisanriku Town, Miyagi Prefecture, which was unprecedentedly damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake. Matsubara Park was beside the port. Former 々 was a park for the scenic townspeople to relax. Currently, the remnants of life (because I don't want to say debris) are piled up, and the height corresponds to the fourth floor of the building. The steam locomotive, which was a symbol of the park, was washed down to the road and fell sideways, covering it with the remnants of life. A year and a half since then. What has changed and what hasn't changed? "Tourist attractions" ...

What is a full-scale reconstruction?
