Very friendly town
After a long journey and only a few hours sleep we visited Athboy which was only a 5min drive away. The people were really friendly and the shops had everything we needed.

Not worth a visit
Run down town with no real attractions. The old Darnley hotel has closed which has had an impact on tourism.
