One of the most recognised landmarks of London- my favourite bridge in London. whether you walk or drive across it you will be delighted
Tower Bridge, an iconic symbol of London, spans the River Thames. Completed in 1894, its distinctive Victorian Gothic design features two majestic towers connected by walkways. The bridge opens to allow tall ships to pass, showcasing its engineering marvel. Tower Bridge is a popular tourist attraction, offering stunning city views.
Tickets are issued soon, they will be used immediately, and there is no need to queue up to buy tickets. It was 50 minutes earlier than the appointment time and it was also allowed. London must punch in, there is glass on the bridge to see the vehicles passing below, it is necessary to come up and see.
The Tower Bridge in London is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. Completed in 1894, it spans the River Thames and connects the districts of Tower Hamlets and Southwark. The bridge is both a bascule and suspension bridge, meaning it can be raised to allow ships to pass through. Its two massive towers, which house the lifting mechanisms, are connected by walkways offering stunning views of the city
Another must see place in London. Although the list with places of interest is long, Tower Bridge should be very up in the ranking.
the iconic tower bridge in London is a must-see in the city. it’s usually packed with tourists but still offer a nice view along the river.
It is very convenient to enter by scanning the QR code of the electronic confirmation letter directly. Trip.com The price is more favorable than the official website, but if the booking cannot be cancelled in advance, it is more cost-effective if the itinerary is determined. After the mechanical room comes out of the South Tower, it has to go around to the other side of the bridge.
A bit expensive for what you get. Less than an hour was needed. It was a great visit. There were great views. And try as I might. I still cannot walk on those glass floors. I enjoyed the views and being in a historic building but .. it was fast up an elevator , across twice . And Down the stairs and walk over to the engine room and done. I can say I did it but it should have cost a bit less.
